- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to award on a Sole Source basis a firm-fixed price contract to Nova Electric, a division of Technology Dynamics, Inc., 100 School St., Bergenfield, NJ 07621 to procure the following: Three (3) each Navy Galaxy-Series UPS System, Part Number: NGRS11-2.5K60-115-120-8113 Two (2) each Navy Galaxy-Series UPS System Battery Pack, Part Number: PC2.5k-96-8114-1U This procurement is sole source for the following reasons: The design of the system utilizing these units will not permit the installation of another UPS System and Battery Pack without extensive re-work and design changes. The cost associated with the re-work and design changes would not be recouped through the use an alternate UPS system. Currently Nova Electric is the only known vendor that can supply a UPS System with the specific performance requirements that meets the form, fit, and function requirements of the system utilizing the UPS. The NAICS code is 335311 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. Delivery terms for this requirement are FOB Destination.
