- Solicitation No. W81XWH-12-R-0018 will be ISSUED ON OR ABOUT 16 February 2012 and proposals will be due on 19 March 2012 @ 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The Government requirement is for A TRANSMISSION ELECTRON MICROSCOPE WITH ACCESSORIES AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516. This contracting office will issue no hard copies of the solicitation.
