- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price commodities purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). US Army Contracting Agency, Mission & Installation Contracting The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA, Human Resources Directorate has a requirement for Meter Rental & Maintenance. The Government intends to make a sole source unrestricted award to Pitney Bowes Inc, 7630 Little River TPKE STE 900 Annandale VA 22003-2610. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is 3695 and the NAICS Code is 333313. The solicitation will not be posted.
