- This synopsis is not a request for bids. The US Army Corps of Engineers intends to publish a solicitation to supply approximately 43,600 gallons of liquid 32-0-0 (urea ammonium nitrate) nutrient supplementation fertilizer to Dworshak Reservoir, located at Dworshak Dam, Ahsahka, Idaho. The contractor shall pump the fertilizer into a Contractor supplied storage tank. The storage tank shall meet State of Idaho standards for fertilizer storage and shall be of sufficient size to hold one month's supply of fertilizer or larger, but no larger than 10,000 gallons. The first delivery of fertilizer shall be made the week of May 7, 2012 and continue to approximately September 27, 2012. After the first delivery is made, the Contractor shall make subsequent deliveries on a frequent enough schedule so that the Government maintains one week of fertilizer usage on hand when the next delivery is made. The Contractor shall provide a pump delivery system to pump the fertilizer from the storage tank to the Government-owned application tank. This contract is a fixed-price, supply contract.
