NSN(s): 4720-01-058-6032 Item Description: HOES ASSEMBLY, NONMETALLIC SPECIFICATIONS/STANDARDS/DRAWINGS "DETAILED DRAWING (ONE ITEM)": In order to obtain Technical Data, contractors can refer to the "Tech Data" tab at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil once the solicitation is made available on DIBBS. DLA Collaboration Folders (cFolders) https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/ Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: Various CONUS Stock Locations Required Delivery Schedule: 230 Days. There is a First Article Test (FAT) Requirement All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. Items will be shipped to a CONUS location. FOB Destination and inspection at Origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the issue date of 2/13/12. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. ( X ) The proposed procurement contains an term option years to extend the contract period. The total duration (base plus term option years) shall not exceed 2 years or the obligation of $150,000.00. ( X ) While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. 11.
