- SHIELD, HEAT, NON-AIRCRAFT / NON- WEAPON SYSTEM / NSN: 2835-01-106-4843 NSN: 2835-01-106-4843, SHIELD, HEAT, NON-AIRCRAFT. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. This is a part number buy. Required delivery is 121 days. This NSN is NOT commercial. Critical Application Item. Configuration Control applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as Unrestricted. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 72 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 18 each and only applies to the base year. These quantities will be the same for the Base Year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 02/23/2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
