- Registration Information Interested parties are invited to attend an Industry Day hosted by the Department of the Air Force at Edwards Air Force Base, California 93524 on Thursday, 23 February 2012. The purpose of this Industry Day is to discuss the removal of stockpiled concrete from Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB). Attendees will be given a tour of stockpiled concrete (approximately 700,000 tons) after an informational meeting. EAFB is seeking industry input, including but not limited to small businesses, professional organizations, associations, companies and vendors with innovative ideas, tools and technology, to support a concrete removal project. The Government currently does not have any funding for this effort and is seeking innovative ideas and solutions to remove the concrete.
