- This amendment to the Request for Information (RFI) is hereby issued to extend the due date for receipt of comments/feedback from industry to February 15, 2012 and to clarify the purpose of the RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to request industry feedback on the draft solicitation. This is an opportunity for industry to ask questions or make comments about the specific content of the draft solicitation. For instance, we want to know if the instructions to the offerors in Section L of the draft solicitation are clear or confusing. Is the evaluation criteria in Section M of the draft solicitation (technical, past performance and price evaluation factors) clear or confusing? Are the descriptions of the labor categories consistent with the industry standards? Are the levels of education and experience applicable to the labor categories consistent with the standard? The Government is seeking your feedback on the draft solicitation. We want to hear from you. Your comments are welcomed and appreciated and are non-binding for any future proposals, teaming arrangements or Army requirements. When providing feedback, ensure that the page number and section is identified with your comment/feedback, question or concern. This RFI is NOT a request for capability statements or a Request for Proposal.
