- Amendment 0002 1. ACTION CODE: Reopen-Solicitation 2. CLASSIFICATION CODE: 10 3. PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT: Matthew Stein 4. SOLICITATION NUMBER: SPM7LX-10-R-0105 5. DESCRIPTION: Various Small Arm Parts The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 9 NSNs with various item descriptions and end items. The FSCs of this requirement are: 1005. The Government is pursuing a long-term, Indefinite Quantity Contract with fixed pricing along with economic price adjustment for the duration of 1 base year plus 4 option years for a potential total of 5 years, at the discretion of the Government. Items will be shipped to various stock locations within conus. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. Small Business Size Standard is 1000. 100% Small Business Set-Aside FOB Destination and Inspection at Origin is requested. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 03/01/12. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Military and commercial specifications cannot be provided by DLA Land and Maritime. Hard copies are not available. Drawing will be available with solicitation if applicable. Drawings can be downloaded by authorized users from the cFolder website: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and any other factors as listed in the solicitation.
