- The Department of Treasury is conducting market research for a web-based Commercial-Off-The-Shelf enterprise wide unified single entry tracking system for full Worker's Compensation case management and Occupational Safety and Health case management (attachment - Draft Requirement) OR one system to handle Worker's Compensation case management (attachment - Draft Requirement). The system shall be in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. This market research shall be conducted at no cost to the Government. This announcement is a Request for Information (RFI), not a solicitation for proposals, and accordingly, no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Interested parties must respond in accordance with the attached document in order to be considered responsive to this RFI. Telephone calls and/or emails requesting a solicitation will not be accepted or acknowledged. INSTRUCTIONS : Interested parties which can provide the capabilities of EITHER requirement should respond no later than 12:00pm on February 18, 2012 via email at Natasha.Wells@irs.gov. Responses received to this announcement that are marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. Please include NAW-01-10-2012 on any correspondence. Responses shall not exceed a 1 MB mail limit for all items associated with the Sources Sought Notice response. Responses shall be single-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 point font, with one inch margins, and compatible with MS Office Word. Responses shall contain: *Executive Summary, to include - Point of Contact - Telephone Number - Email Address - DUNS *Socioeconomic status classification *Security Clearance *Summary of Solution, to include - Which system are you able to provide? - Licensing terms and conditions, if applicable - Certifications - Compliance and Accreditation data - published price list - training courses - C apabilities, methodologies, and processes, in support of meeting the tasks/requirements *Comments on draft Requirements, to include - SLA recommendations - General requirements/functions *Past Performance Reference(s) - Points of Contact - Summary of Similar Requirement Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
