- PR 0044174235, for furnishing NSN 1660-00-969-9669, Valve, Air Shut Off, NG P/N 123SCP125-5, Quantity 50. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government, please do not submit requests. The approved sources for this item are NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS, CAGE 61174 and NORTHROP GRUMMAN TECHNICAL SERVICES, CAGE 59U82. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The required delivery schedule is 395 days ARO or less, FOB Origin, Inspection & Acceptance Origin. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter RFP. A copy of the solicitation will not be made available via DLA DIBBS. A copy of the solicitation will only be available to the requestor by contacting the buyer directly. NO ELECTRONIC OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The solicitation issue date is February 23, 2012.
