- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Maney Aircraft, Inc., Ontario, CA for the repair and upgrade of Portable Pressurized Cabin Leakage Testers (PPCLT) P/N 89405 in support of The United States Navy and United States Marine Corp. Contractor shall provide Data Rights to the PPCLT Acceptance Test Procedures. The Government does not have the detailed data available for this effort. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this repair and upgrade under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
