- THIS IS ONLY A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE! SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR BEFORE 10 FEBRUARY 2012 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. MICC ICO Fort McCoy intends to issue Solicitation W911SA-12-T-0101 for perform custodial services at Facility KS026 Parsons USARC (2700 Southern Boulevard, Parsons, Kansas 67357). The period of performance is 01 March 2012 (or subsequent date) through 28 February 2013 with four (4) one year options. **Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged.
