- Expansion Joints Are To Be, 24" X 13" Flange - To-Flange (FF) Supreme Style 200XL, Neo Tube & Cover, Poly Reinforced. Single Or Double Arch Open, 150 LB Drilled Flanges, Must Be Rated At 200 PSI. The Tube Shall Be A Single Piece Of Leak-Proof Lining Extending Flange-To-Flange. It Shall Be Furnished In Viton. The Exterior Surface Of The Expansion Joint, Compounded Shall Be Of Fire-Retardant Neoprene To Withstand Aging, Cracking And Corrosion. To Further Protect The Exterior Of The Expansion Joint, Flanges Are To Be Full-Faced And Made An Integral Part Of The Joint To Insure A Tight Reliable Seal And Are Drilled To Conform To The Bolt Holes Of The Companion Metal Flanges Of The Pipe Line. 24" 150 Lb. Retaining Rings Carbon Steel, Steel Retaining Rings Are To Be Made Of Flat Rolled Steel, Split, Beveled And Plated, And Are Required For Installation Fob Destination To The Dalles Lock and Dam, Interstate 84 Exit 88, The Dalles, OR 97058-0564 and a delivery timeframe is required.
