- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-11-G-0001 with The Boeing Company of St. Louis, Missouri 63166, for the procurement of the Non-Recurring (NRE) Retrofit portion of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 6399 ‘Incorporation of Restrictor into EA-18G Avionics Distribution System to Maintain Cabin Flow at or Above Minimal Level' on a sole source basis. This NRE procurement provides the required technical publications to support the maintenance of the EA-18G retrofitted aircraft. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required response time.
