Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to solicit quotations for Professional Consultative Services, Human Resource Consulting Services for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, Pittsburgh, PA. The offeror shall hold a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) certificate administered by the Employee Assistance Certification Commission (EACC). A Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA244-12-Q-0238. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. The applicable NAICS code is 541612, Human Resource Consulting Services, and the small business size standard is $7 Million. This procurement is anticipated for full and open competition. 3. The intended contract period is for one year. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 8 February 2012, and the anticipated closing date is 17 February 2012.
