- QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: Q1. Are there drawings for the safe? A1: No Q2: Are there specs for the safe's body metal thickness? A2: Minimum 2mm Q3: Are there specs for the door metal thickness? A3: Minimum 6mm Q4: Is there a shelve in the safe? A4: No Q5: Are there drawings for the triangular pedestal? A5: No Q6: Are there specs on the metal thickness of the triangular pedestal? A6: Minimum 3/16 inch mounting plates and minimum 14 gauge pedestal Q7: By Electronic Safe are you referring to a safe with an electronic lock only OR are you referring to a safe with a bill acceptor (to validate and count each bill entered)? A7: Electronic lock with PIN and credit card swipe capability. No bill acceptor. Q8: It is not clear what "motorized" is? A8: Electric motor that locks and unlocks safe Q9: The approximate size (9"H x 16"W x 13"D) seems to be disproportionate. Is the first dimension correct? A9: Yes Q10: We are not sure what you are referring to when describing the 12" triangular pedestal. What is triangular about it? A10: A three-sided pedestal Q11: In item #002 you request a pedestal including "cement anchors and security nuts, bolts and tools". Do you mean all tools used to anchor the pedestal ? Drill, cement drill bits, hand tools to assemble pedestal and wrenches to tighten bolts down? A11: No, just hand tools to assemble pedestal and wrenches to tighten bolts down - typically allen wrenches or necessary tool(s) depending on bolts provided Q12: In item #004 Spare parts kit "3-keypads, 1 lock assembly, 2 motors, 3 circuit boards and 3 battery packs". What 3 circutboards do you mean? Are the 3 battery packs the external plug-in battery pack that is used if the safe batteries die ? A12: The 3 circuitboards that are necessary to make the safe function. No, not the external plug-in battery pack.
