Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools equipment, supervision and quality control for project 668-12-104, "DESIGN/BUILD Remodel 7th floor, Building 1, Spokane Washington VA Medical Center. Work includes design development of working drawings & specifications and the construction for this project. Cost estimate is between the range of $100,000 and $250,000. Bid Bond is required. After award of contract, performance and payment bonds will be required. This procurement is a 100% total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). To be eligible for award, the SDVOSB must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry @ www.vetbiz.gov. NO EXCEPTIONS The SDVOSB must be registered in the following websites:www.ccr.gov, www.vets100.dol.gov, www.orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation will be posted on or about March 9th, 2012. The date and time of the pre-bid meeting will be announced when the solicitation is issued. This is a pre-solicitation announcement only.
