Description

This procurement will be for the replacement of ~6,300 LF of underground electrical cables per Scope of Work# 1PW161, with contractor covering cost of all parts, labor and equipment for subject procurement action. Solicitation is estimated to be released on February 29, 2012, at which time all specifications and solicitation documents will be released. This procurement will be 100% Total Small Business Set aside. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) profile and Online Certifications and Representations (ORCA) must be current. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be evaluated by this agency. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and will be listed under Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN)(WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
