- Amendment 1 is issued to incorporate the following changes into the solicitation; and to note the following questions submitted and their respective answers; and to extend the due date and time for offers: Paragraph (v) is removed and replaced by the following: DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The scope of this work includes all labor, equipment, materials, delivery, pickup and overhead to provide two (2) brand name of equal to a Villager 4 Club Car; Salient Characteristics of brand name that the equal must meet or exceed: Engine: 4-cycle, 351 cc, single cyclinder, air cooled, pressure-lubircated, spin-on oil filter, Horsepower: 11.5 hp, Governor: Automatic ground speed sensing, Governed RPM: 2875 +/- 30, Drive Unit: Unitized transaxle, helical gears: 11.8.1 forward, 17.1:1 reverse, Electrical System: 12-volt, 500 CCA 85 min reverse, Steering: self-adjusting rack and pinion, Front/Rear Suspension: Mono-leaf springs w/dual hydraulic shocks, Brakes/Park Brake: Rear wheel, mechanical drum/Foot-operated, multi-lock, Stabilizer bar: NO, Frame Chassis: Aluminum box beam with composite cross member, Body: Formion, Front Tires/Rear Tires: 18 x 8.50-8, 4-ply rated, premium tread, Instrumentation: Electronic fuel gauge/hour meter, low-oil warning light, Seating Capacity: four (4), Fuel tank Capacity: 7 gal, Speed Range: 12-15 mph; OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES: weather protection enclosure- 3-sided, canopy 4-passenger, mirror kit. Answer: We would prefer to have Gasoline powered engine four-passenger golf carts. The due date and time has been extended until Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 4:00 pm ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED
