Description
Blank price list, to be completed after the site visit. Site Visit Info provides information on the upcoming site visit for this BPA. It is important that interested contractors attend the site visit in order to accurately fill out blank price sheet. Terms and Conditions describes the basics of a blanket purchase agreement. Statement of Work provides complete description of services to be performed. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA9301-12-A-0001. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for exhaust cleaning services (hoods and ducts) at Edwards AFB, CA. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, tools, vehicles, supplies, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to provide monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual exhaust cleaning services in commercial cooking facilities in accordance with federal, state, local environmental laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, removing filters, cleaning entire interior of hoods, removing all residues frm the interior and exterior surfaces of ducts, removing all residues from the interior and exterior of the roof-mounted fans and housing, cleaning all exhaust screens if in place, and removing grease from off roof in immediate/peripheral area of the exhaust, and chemically treat roof to prevent absorption of the grease build up if needed. Flammable solvents for cleaning are not permitted. For those who wish to participate, a site visit will be held on 07 March 2012. Please see attachment for full instruction. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55 and DFARS DPN 20120130. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 561790. Small Business size standard is $7M. Date of Delivery: See attached BPA Terms and Conditions. Place of delivery and performance: Edwards AFB, California. Attachments provided are: BPA Terms and Conditions, Price List, Statement of Work, and Site Visit Information. Multiple BPA's may be issued. Quotes must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. (PST) on 14 March 2012. The offer may be faxed or emailed to the Point of Contact below. Contract award is estimated to take place 21 March 2012. Potential offerors must be registered in CCR to be eligible for contract award or payment from any Department of Defense activity.
