- NSN: 5826-01-553-6528HL, P/N: 805D0602-31; NOUN: Receiver - Transmitter; Qty: 7 Each; Applicable TO #: 1H-1(T)H-4; End Item: TH-1H Helicopter. This requirement will be solicited and negotiated on a sole source basis to L-3 Communications (CAGE: 25583) because the Government does not own the detailed data to build this item. This requirement involves a one-time buy of this spare part. No options are included in this requirement. The resulting contract will be a definitive C-type contract. Required Delivery: 16 Weeks ARO; Ship To: SW319; The predominant material of manufacture: metal and elctrical components; LENGTH: 11.46 INS; WIDTH: 3.5 INS; HEIGHT: 5.02 INS; WEIGHT: 6.5 LBS; Form/Fit/Function Description: This receiver transmitter enables the information contained in the beacon's response to be extracted thereby providing pilots with continuous information as to their range and bearing from a beacon. Applicable Numbered Notes: 22 All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normallybe considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
