Description: COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. a. Solicitation Number HQ002920260002000 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word "quoter" substituted for "offeror". b. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through both Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55, effective 02 February 2012 and DFARS Change Notice 20120130. c. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside, associated with NAICS Code 423620, and small business size standard of 1000 EMP. d. Description: Note: THIS ITEM IS UNIQUE TO MANUFACTURER - This requirement is to ingest, digitize and archive a broad range of analog and digitally-borne media necessitates a more efficient workflow process requiring more advanced software and hardware capabilities than what we currently have. Several product lines were researched, but it was found that other name brands are limited specifically to either an analog workflow or a digital one, and not a combination of both. We can only accept items that have the dual capability of analog and digital in each item.
