- Description
- The Forest Service has a requirement to procure multi-award IDIQ Contractors to perform Road Maintenance Services with the possibly of performing minor Road Construction work in conjunction with the service work. This one solicitation will result in the award of multi-award IDIQ Contracts on all the Ranger Districts in the State of NC for the National Forests of NC (NFNC). The work will be awarded via Task Orders against the contracts. The number of contracts per Ranger District will depend on the number of offerors received and the amount of anticipated work per Ranger District. The amount of Construction on any task order will not exceed $30,000. Information on the pre-bid meeting will be posted as soon as the meeting is finalized. It will be available via Teleconferencing at various Ranger District offices. The meeting will be teleconference from the National Forest Supervisor office in Asheville, NC. Offerors may meet at this location if desired. The solicitation package will contain the information on how to submit a proposal package on each of the different Ranger Districts and Offerors will be required to submit a separate package for each Ranger District they wish to be considered for award. The solicitation package will be posted on the FBO site around Feb 20. All questions and answers will be posted as an amendment on the FBO site. All offerors are required to be registered in CCR database and their CCR record must reflect the NAICS cose of 237310. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Price range of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1M for each IDIQ Contract. Individual task orders will be competed and be awarded for a minimum of $2,500.00.
