- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Army Contracting Command National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the U.S. Army Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs G-8 Force Development, intends to award a sole source bridge contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to L-3 Military Professional Resources, Incorporated (MPRI), 1320 Braddock Place, Alexandria, Virginia, 22314, to provide Technical, Analytical and Financial Support Services. This action will result in a Time and Materials contract with a period of performance of four (4) months, with four (4) additional one-month options. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611. The size standard is $7.0M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document.
