- This Request for Quote (RFQ) for a REPAIR Contract, which will be issued on a “Competetive Basis' for Basic Year Plus One Option Year The NOUN is for the REPAIR of a Power Supply for two separate NSN's and two separate P/N's. The breakdown of the two separate NSN's and two separate P/N 's are as follows: NOUN: POWER SUPPLY; NSN: 6130-01-370-4149KV; P/N: P613M-02; QTY: 1 EA for Basic Year & 1 EA for Option I; (AND) NOUN: POWER SUPPLY 6130-01-447-6922KV; P/N: P612M-01; QTY: 2 EA for Basic Year & 1 EA for Option I. This Repair will include CAV AF CFM Statement of Work (SOW); Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS - Appendix B); Performance Based Work Statement (PWS (Appendix C); Packaging Requirements (Form 158) with Special Packaging Instructions (SPI); Transportation Form (1653); Contract Data Requirment Lists (CDRL's Numbers A001 and A002); and WAD. Recommended Sources are: N.H. Research, Inc. (Cage Code: 24862) and DRS Technical Services (58YW6). However, this acquisition will be issued competetively for full and open competition. Delivery will be 30 Days After Receipt of Repairable Assets or After Receipt of Funder Order (whichever is later). The response date for the Solicitation will be issued approximately 8 March 2012 with a quote due date of approximately 7 April 2012. The RFQ will be issued using electronic procedures which will be posted at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out.
