- PLEASE NOTE THE DUE DATE REFLECTED WITH THIS NOTICE IS NOT THE QUOTE DUE DATE, BUT USED FOR ARCHIVE PURPOSES. THE QUOTE DUE DATE WILL BE IDENTIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies, unless specified as provided by the Government for delivery to Fort Dix, NJ. Items include 3 each Tesla Ground Power Units, PN T12560-12-24, or equal. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as a total small business set aside with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 335999 and a size standard of 500 employees. Prospective contractors must be a small business registered on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 24 Feb 12 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award..
