- Project Name: KIDDE TRAINER 1.Solicitation Requirements: All contractors must comply with the requirements listed below for this request. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. a) Request delivery of all items: TBD b) Items being requested: CLIIN 0001: KIDDE TRAINER SERVICE, Evaluate the Fire Training Equipment and implement all scheduled adjustments and part replacements to ensure the system is fully operational at 6 month intervals. Will also respond to site evaluate and repair equipment, as needed. Contractor shall furnish all parts, materials, and labor required. Start date will be 1 July 2012 through 30 June 2013 (1) Year Contract. 2.Evaluation: The vendor s quote shall provide a detailed description (to include a specification sheet) of how the vendor will meet the Government s requirements listed above. Award will be made to the responsible vendor who provides the lowest evaluated price for a technically acceptable solution. Technical acceptability will be based on the demonstrated ability to meet the technical requirements, including the delivery requirement. The Government intends to award one contract, on an all or none basis, to the vendor whose quote provides the lowest price technically acceptable solution; however the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotes submitted and the availability of funds. 3.Provisions & Clauses: The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.211-17 Delivery of Excess Quantities; FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders--Commercial Items; FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference; www.farsite.hill.af.mil. Quoter shall complete only paragraph (j) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision.
