- The item under this acquisition is subject to the Free trade Agreements. NSN: 6140014469554, battery storage, lead acid, sealed cell. This battery must have no less than 15 months, 85% of shelf life remaining upon receipt. Being bought in accordance with Exide Technologies, Cage: 88219, part number:M84001A5120550A and Sonnenschein Batteries Inc, Cage:9Z769, part number: A512/55 A. The Government is using the policies contained in FAR 12 in its solicitation for this item. This is an IQC long term solicitation for an initial year with possibility of 4 one year options, to be shipped to various stock locations with FOB destination and Inspection at origin. This solicitation will be available on the internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after March 01, 2012. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings or bid sets available. An alternate source must submit data and be approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. This solicitation will be issued as other than full and open, unrestricted procurement. The required delivery will be 180 days. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. ADQ: 716 EA U/I: EA ADV: $120,684.00 K MAX: $663,762.00 Anticipated award date 06/01/2012
