Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Aviation at Warner Robins, will issue a noncompetitive firm-fixed price acquisition to Northrop Grumman Technical Services, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. Items will be added to existing ID/IQ contract SPM4AX-09-D-9403. The acquisition is for the purchase of the following 2 NSNs: Up to 30 ea Backplane Assy, NSN 5998-01-539-6121CX p/n: 999005-01 applicable to E-3 AWACS. Up to 20 ea Backplane Assy, NSN 5998-01-539-6122CX p/n: 999005-13 applicable to E-3 AWACS. Requirement includes Basic period with an option for both NSNs. The required delivery schedule is 210 days after receipt of order. No paper copies will be mailed. The Government does not have data rights, or manufacturing knowledge to permit acquisition from other sources. All potential offerors should contact the buyer identified above for additional information and to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. See NOTE 22.
