- The US ARMY Soldier Systems Center, Army Contracting Command, Natick, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Beyond Clothing, LLC under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (a) (2) (I) (A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, AOR 1/2 Fabric (50/50 Nyco), Helmet Covers, Pants and Blouses. These uniforms are among the baseline uniforms required for camouflage testing and evaluation. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division via e-mail to: greg.n.wilson@us.army.mil no later than 9:00 a.m. on February 27th 2012.
