- PK2 J & A THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of the Army, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office at White Sands Missile Range, NM, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to MV Technical Sales, LLC, 1940 Camino Vida Roble, Carlsbad, CA 92008 for Board Exchange Agreement for the Credence Personal Kalos 2 (PK2) Memory Tester. MV Technical Sales, LLC is authorized to service equipment manufactured by Credence and performs their warranty and after warranty work. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources capable of meeting the requirement must submit a Capability Statement by 11:00 am MT on 7 February 2012.
