- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Belvoir, Virginia is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the combined synopsis/solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued and available at www.fbo.gov. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is W91QV1DAUFURN for the purchase of office furniture, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This is a firm fixed price contract. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. NAICS:337214; SIZE STANDARD:500; SIC CODE: 7110. The delivery/installation address is included in the attached Delivery Information. Delivery terms are FOB Destination. The following clauses and provisions are applicable. Clauses Incorporated By Reference 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions. Clauses Incorporated By Full Text, 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, the award will be based on, low price in accordance with the specifications in the SOW.
