Ft. (ABOA): 16,243 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,055 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •• Offered space must have the potential for efficient layout •• Space shall be located in a professional office setting •• 3,300 sqft (ABOA) must be on ground floor •• The remaining ABOA square footage must be contiguous •• Must be located within ½ mile of public transportation •· Column spacing must be at least 25' clear or 27' on center Expressions of Interest Should include: •1.
