- Network Contracting Office (NCO) is plan to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain annual maintenance services for medical gases, oxygen, compresses air and vacuum systems at Veterans Affairs Pacific Island Health Care System. The solicitation number for this RFP is VA-261-12-R-0565. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 6, 2012 with an anticipated proposal due date of March 22, 2012. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to perform a complete inspection, testing, preventive maintenance and minor repair for the government-owned equipment. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins April 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012 with four (4) option year. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The NAICS is 811219 and the size standard is $19 Million. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set-aside and this will be a firm fixed priced contract. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx All questions shall be submitted in writing to Helena.zhao@va.gov Interested firms fitting one or more of the Socio-economic (Services Disable Veterans Owned Small Business, (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business (SB)) categories should send their information by email to Helena.zhao@va.gov no later than 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time, 2 March 2012. Information should include: Name of your Company, POC name, phone numbers, email address, CCR/DUNS number, and indicate status i.e. SDVOSD or VOSB and whether Vetbiz/CVE certified. If claiming SDVOSB and VOSB please provide VetBiz certification.
