Description

The contractor shall provide packaging materials that meet the U. S. Postal Service (USPS) requirements for mailing within the U. S. and overseas durable enough to ship from the MCI Logistics Warehouse, Postal Section and reach the required ship to destination without tearing apart or have need for return to MCI. Item/Title Decription/Specs (1) Direct Thermal Transfer Labels 4"x6" - 4,000 per/case (2) Roll Labels 4"x6" - 4,000 per/case (3) Corrugated Sheets ( c-Flutes for CD-R/DVD-R ) 8 1/2" x 11" (4) Gater Packs (CD Mailers) 7 ½" x 7 ½" - 8,000, 250 per/case (5) Corrugated Boxes 18" x 12" x 10" (6) Heavy Duty Clear Filament Packing Tape 2" x 60 YDS The contractor shall store all packaging materials until required delivery date at no extra cost to MCI. Packaging materials shall be delivered by the contractor per schedule determined by MCI. MCI will contact contractor for additional packaging materials if scheduled delivery is insufficient. The remaining supply shall be delivered as scheduled until total requirement has been delivered.
