- The Boiler Operations & Maintenance Solicitation NIHOF2012472 is intended to be issued on or about 16 March 2012. The Solicitation when issued remains 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. A pre-proposal conference and walk through will be held on 28 March 2012, at 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you plan to attend, the offeror shall submit the below information to parrj@mail.nih.gov (via e-mail) by COB 27 March 2012. No other walk throughs will be made available. -Name -Title -Company -Phone Number -E-Mail Address Note: All attendees shall have a valid picture ID card, check in with security at the gate located at 903 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, MT 59840, and proceed to the security reception desk in the lobby of the RML Visitor's Center, Bldg. 31 for assembly and further directions. After the Site Visit: All questions shall be addressed in written format to Jim Parr, at parrj@mail.nih.gov by e-mail only, not later than COB 6 April 2012. If required an amendment will be published to address the Governments responses to any questions.
