- Additional (See conformed list, as attached) Clarification Questions from Industry, received 29 Feb 2012: 1.How many attendees per company are allowed to attend Industry Day? Answer: Vendors may bring two attendees. Additional Clarification: Vendors may bring two attendees per demonstration. 2.How many units are expected to be required for the project? Answer: The exact number of Audio Visual Systems (AVS) to be purchased has not yet been determined. The range quantity to be published in the Solicitation is expected somewhere between 50 and 150 systems. 3.What simulators will be required to integrate? Answer: The desired capability for the AVS is compatibility and integration with mannequins from multiple manufactures. The intent is to provide interoperability/flexibility of the AVS with mannequins already in VHA use and reduce AVS imposed constraints on the acquisition of new mannequins. Interested vendors should describe their ability to meet this requirement. Specific details resulting from the industry day will be published in the Solicitation. 4.Is it a requirement that the 360 degree fish-eye camera be wireless as well? Answer: The desired capability is for four wireless cameras. One of these four is the fish-eye camera. Specific details resulting from the industry day will be published in the Solicitation.
