Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Iowa City VA Health Care System intends to issue an Request for Quote to award a single, firm fixed-price contract to provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for Infectious Waste Removal for the VA Medical Center and nice off site Clinics per the Scope of Work. All respondents must be registered in the CCR database (http://www.ccr.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://orca.bpn.gov). Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/). All parties must obtain amendments to the solicitation through this web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. Interested parties must go to the web site to be entered on the Interested Vendors List and/or to obtain copies of the Interested Vendors List. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to (todd.yahnke@va.gov). Issue Date is tentatively scheduled for March 03, 2012. Proposals are due by 13:00 March 16, 2012. The applicable NAICS Code is 562112, with the applicable size standard being $12.5 million.
