- The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-WRN) is pleased to announce Amendment 0001 to RFP W56HZV-12-Q-0209 for the following commercial items to support the Government of Indonesia: Five (5) Harley-Davidson FLHP Road King Police Motorcycles AND Supporting Spare Parts. This requirement will result in a fixed price contract. The Offer Due Date, (Local Warren, Michigan Time) is 30 March 2012 at 12:00 P.M. All responsible sources (limited by Brand to Authorized Harley Davidson dealers) may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
