- Description
- The Southern Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for On-Call Part-Time Pediatric Surgeon Personal Services for San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The base period of performance is on or about 1 July 2012 through 30 September 2012, plus four (4) twelve-month option periods (through 30 September 2016). This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111, Offices of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialists). The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 621111 is $10.0 million. The solicitation number is W81K00-12-R-0012. The solicitation will be available on/about 16 March 2012 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Award will be made on or about 30 April 2012. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
