- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a new requirement for Fort Hunter Liggett, CA to purchase and replace twenty-four (24) high torque valve actuators and associated gear boxes to meet all current codes and regulations referred in the Statement of Work. A SITE VISIT will be scheduled and date/time and location will be annotated in the solicitation. All questions pertaining to this procurement must be submitted to the Contract Specialist by email at sylvia.gomer@us.army.mil, no later than Friday, 23 March 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (PST). Proposals are due Wednesday, 11 April 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time). This acquisition is set-aside as a WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990 with a size standard of $14.0M. Period of Performance is 90 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Payment and performance bonds are required for this project. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-12-R-0011 will be available on or about 12 March 2012 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). For information on how to register your company on FBO, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the FBO Vendor Guide located on the FBO web site home page. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award of a government contract.
