- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC-LANT), Charleston, SCintends to increase the ceiling of contract N65236-08-D-5802 with L-3 Services by $72M. This contract provides for support of a range of Information Technology (IT)/Engineering, Technical and Logistical responsibilities for a large number of government procured/managed Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) equipment and systems which include, but are not limited to, Navy Operations Center (NOC) suites, Fleet Submarine Broadcast System (FSBS), Automated Digital Network Systems (ADNS), Combat Direction Findings (CDF), Navy Extra High Frequency (EHF) Communications Controller (NECC) Submarine HF Systems, Mini-DAMA, Digital Modular Radio (DMR) and Naval Tactical Command Support Systems (NTCSS), Department of Defense (DoD), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Cruise Missiles Weapons Control Systems (WCS), V-22 and Operational Test Launch (OTL). The ceiling increase will provide for the continuation of uninterrupted services. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract ceiling increase based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
