- Introduction: This is a sources sought open invitation to interested qualified contractors. The Navy Installations Command (NIC), Fleet and Family Services intends to establish multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts to provide services to develop Statement of Work (Section C) and other related Sections of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Navy Gateway Inns & Suites (NGIS), Morale, Welfare & Recreation, and Fleet & Family Readiness construction projects using Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF). Contracts will be multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts with a 1-2 year base plus options not to exceed a total duration of 5 years. Please review the following overview of construction projects identified with this posting. Background: While A/E services, in the strictest definition of the term, are not required under the anticipated resultant contract, the successful contractors will need A/Es to assist in preparation of specified portions of the RFPs. Task Orders may be issued for projects to include, but not limited to repair and renovation and new construction of the following types of facilities: transient lodging, car washes, golf courses, clubhouses/maintenance facilities, Officer and Consolidated/Enlisted clubs, youth centers, indoor and outdoor recreation and sports facilities, auto skills centers, community activity centers, RV parks, cottages/cabins, sports complexes/fields, theaters, marinas and other similar projects associated with the respective mission of the NAFI. Locations include various regions within U.S. states, its territories, possessions and regions. If you are interested in receiving the anticipated solicitation, submit your company information, contact information, type of projects of interest, area of expertise and location & dollar value limitations, if any. The Navy Non-Appropriated Funds Instrumentality (NAFI) desires to establish a list of potential interested qualified contractors in anticipation of eventual award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. Firms desiring consideration shall submit their firm's qualifications and/or a completed SF-330 where applicable, via express mail or courier, to the following address: NIC, Facilities and Acquisition (N944C), 7736 Kitty Hawk Ave. (B457), Millington, TN 38055. This request is not limited to architect/engineering (A/E) firms. NOTE: Please disregard reference to the "Contracting Office Address: Code 091, Bldg S-456."
