- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC-LANT), Charleston, SCintends to increase the ceiling of contract N65236-09-D-3808 with Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) by $25M. This contract provides for support of various organizational initiatives and program support/management requirements. This includes: Strategic Planning; Business Planning; Management and Business Process Reengineering; Process Improvement Implementation; Balanced Scorecard Implementation; Customer Relationship Management; Information Management Support; Core Competency Integration Support; Program Support and Analysis; Program/Project Planning and Tracking and Financial Management Support. BAH provides Navy/DoD, Joint Forces, and Agency-orientated professional-level operational, technology, analytics and strategic organizational consulting services in executing requirements involving Concepts of Operation, Network-centric Enterprise & Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Network Engineering Solutions, Organizational Design and Strategy Implementation, Organizational Performance and Decision Metrics, Program and Financial Management Support and Logistics & Life Cycle Sustainment, and Acquisition & Contract Management Support. The ceiling increase will provide for the continuation of uninterrupted services to SPAWAR. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract ceiling increase based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
