- The purpose of this modification is to: 1. Change the close date from March 9, 2012 to read March 13, 2012. 2. Change the Small Business Size Classification Standard from $4.5M to read $7M. Small Business Administration is making this change effective March 12, 2012. 3. Make the following clarification regarding 'Industrial Hygiene' - Industrial Hygiene must be certified under American Board of Industrial Hygiene. Some of the past examples are asbestos /lead-based paint abatement, indoor air quality, works in confined spaces, hazardous or unhealthy environments, etc. 4. Make the following clarification for 'Certified Value Specialist (CVS) - Certified Value Specialist (CVS) certified SAVE International and may be used by individuals who have successfully completed the requirements of SAVE International's certification program and who maintain active certification. This individual will be a facilitator conducting study of decision making methods (Value Analysis, (VA) and Choosing By Advantages, (CBA) and presenting the outcomes to the Development Advisory Board (DAB). Check with SAVE web site for CVS's availability. 5. Construction Management is related to Title III Services only.6. Clarification on the 20 double-sided pages for the additional information for section 'H' of the SF 330, 11 x 17 fold-outs are allowed, however 1 sided would count as 2 pages and double sided would count as 4 pages.
