- Solicitation Cancellation Notice Solicitation Number and Title: M67001-12-Q-0020 Mass Emergency Notification Web Based Service Opening Date: October 21, 2011 Date Cancellation Notice Issued: March 1, 2012 The above referenced solicitation has been canceled for the following reason: Marine Administrative Message (MARADMIN) 563/11 required the alignment and establishment of a Marine Corps wide installation emergency management program. MARADMIN 563/11 requirement mandated implementation of the Mass Warning Notification System (MWNS) by the 3rd quarter of Fiscal Year 2013. Notification of the implementation of the Program of Record MWNS to be used Marine Corps-Wide was made via email to the customer on 13 February 2012. Due to the elevation of the implementation of the Program of Record this solicitation will be cancelled. A new solicitation WILL NOT be issued.
