- FCI, Dublin, 3rd Quarter Food Subsistence The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI, Dublin is soliciting for multiple food products. Solicitation will close on March 12, 2012 with award being made on or about March 23, 2012. Specifications are attached to the solicitation at the time of posting. Sizes, units must be met according to specifications on the solicitation and must be adhere to while completing the order. This procurement is set-aside for small business contractors only. Method of payment can be via Credit Card or Electronic Payment. However, if your awarded contract is over $30,000.00, you shall receive payment via Electronic Payment.
