- RFP, Atch 4 RFP, Atch 3 RFP, Atch 2 RFP, Atch 1 RFP USAFE-wide Educational & Developmental Intervention Services for eligible children, pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and in accordance with (IAW) implementing guidance of Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 1342.12, Provision of Early Intervention and Special Education to Eligible DoD dependents. To be accomplished through various educational and health related professionals who shall deliver services to children birth through 21 years of age, through the military medical system, at Air Force installations supported by DoD Dependent Schools (DoDDS). NOTES: 1. In order to meet the requirements of DFARS 204.7003(a)(2), the formerly assigned RFP #FA5613-11-R-0002 has been changed to FA5613-12-R-0006. 2. Due to technical difficulties, Block 27a on face of the Standard Form 1449 (RFP) doesn' t reflect the included check-mark. Addenda are attached
