- 4/5/12- This is notice all TF 39B items are removed from this solicitation. This synopsis is to notify interested manufacturers that the NSNson the attached listing will be added to GE Long Term ContractSPM400-03-D-9404. This sources sough synopsis is to allow interestedmanufacturers the opportunity to submit Source Approval Request (SAR)packages for those NSNs that the Government would have technicaldata/drawings for and has assigned Qualification Requirements (QRs) for.These NSNs are identified as such by having a "1C" or "2C" coding underthe AMC column on the attached listing. The Government does not have allthe rights to technical data/drawings for those NSNs with a "3" or "4"in the AMC Column. Qualification Requirements are applicable to these NSNs, therefore,potential offertory may obtain a copy of the QRs by contacting theStrategic Alternate Source Program Office (SASPO) by submitting an emailto: 249scms.saspo@tinker.af.mil. The subject line of the email shouldreflect "Request for QRs applicable to NSN _________________." The completed SAR package for a particular NSN will need to be submittedto: DLA OKLAHOMA CITY, DLR PROCUREMENT OPS, DSCR-ZBB, 3001 STAFF DRIVE,STE 2AG1-109B, TINKER AFB, OK 73145-3070.Based on market research, the Government is not using the policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interestedpersons may identify to the contracting officer their interest andcapability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercialitem within 15 days of this notice.
